A Catholic parish is a place to celebrate the Eucharist. It is a community, made up of smaller communities - like devotional organizations, ministries, faith formation groups, and volunteer teams. The catechism tell us that the parish initiates the Christian people into the ordinary expression of the liturgical life:
it gathers them together in this celebration of the Eucharist;
it teaches Christ's saving doctrine;
it practices the charity of the Lord in good works and brotherly love

Pope Francis tells us: "The parish is not an outdated institution; precisely because it possesses great flexibility, it can assume quite different contours depending on the openness and missionary creativity of the pastor and the community."
Parish boundaries help us understand our mission field. We must be dedicated to self-renewal and constant adaptivity as the needs of our communities change. This way, we can become to be “the Church living in the midst of the homes of her sons and daughters”.
When you register, we can communicate with you better and faster. We use an email system to send weekly newsletters, snail mail letters and postcards from the pastor - even text alerts in case of inclement weather or other unforseen circumstances like a power outage
As you prepare for sacraments like Baptism or Marriage, we can connect you to preparation programs quickly and easily. If you fall ill or have a scheduled medical procedure, we can be sure to schedule a priest come visit you and offer Anointing of the Sick. There’s something to be said about belonging: you are claiming us as your church, your home — and allowing us, in return, to claim you.
